I am a person dedicated to saving, investing, and other means to increase my financial net worth.  I keep myself out of debt by paying off all bills and credit card balances every month.  I keep a fairly tight budget, but not too tight that I can't enjoy myself every now and then, and I do still save a good portion of money each month.  I am aiming to get to the point of having a net worth of 1 million dollars (and more).  I feel I have the discipline and drive to get to this million dollar point, and guess what, I would like you to see me get there.  My goal is not to make you jealous or envious of me but to show you that it is possible, and I suppose to prove to myself that it is possible and I can do it.  I define an asset as something that actually "works for you" and generates an income flow, not something that necessarily has value.  Example: A car is not an asset, it depreciates in value every time you drive it. My house is almost not an asset, however it does have potential to appreciate in value and can be sold for a considerable amount of money.  Other items I am recording do have potential to decrease in value if market situations are bad, however, they all generate income for me, which is re-invested, so they are included as assets.  I also work, and the money I save will be dispersed into categories of which will increase my net worth as well.

I would also like to issue help to those out there that would like to ask me a question.  On top of that, I know that there are people out there that are trying to get to the same point of financial freedom.  I would like to partner up with those people, link to their sites, and exchange information.  I would like to grow a network of people all doing what I am doing on this very site.

Good luck to all that seek financial success.
